Spike squatted down and ran his finger through the blood pooling at the side of Mr. Harris’ head… then licked it. “Nope... not a trace of you in it.”

Straightening, he stared at the bruise healing on the side of Xander’s throat. “I’m your daddy now.”

On Life Beyond The Hellmouth, the rpg that I co-mod with catscorner, we did something different. On April fools, we had 24 hours where people could post their characters’ dreams, and in doing so, either work with other players or alone, but come up with full posts (joint posts - posts that are complete, not back and forth). It was so much fun, we’re going to have to make it a yearly thing. I couldn’t believe the range of dreams we had posted up - creative, wild, surreal, fluffy, dark, sexy, serious, scary. It was truly wonderful. And then the flurry of fun commentary on the OOC board.

Xander has a Spander dream! That is posted at nashmaveric's lj, as she wrote Xander and I wrote Spike. Can't wait to see the ramifications of that on poor Xander when he first sees Spike after that dream. Can't you just hear Spike asking him, "so, what's the weirdest dream you've ever had?"

Buffy’s dream involved being in a harem with Cordy, and Angel and Wes as eunuchs. I’ve actually posted that dream to my journal, it’s the entry immediately preceding this entry.

The Faith/Angel/Wes one was dark and intense and involved vamping and gaining family and a sense of belonging. Really good and maybe I’ll talk our Faith writer into posting it up on lj.

Anyway, without going into all of them, which would take forever, I’ll note one that was quite “different.” After watching Star Wars, Groo fell asleep and dreamed up Mod wars (written by belgerod). This was a Star Wars verse dream, only the characters in it were some of the people/players in the RPG game. I was cast as the evil empress, my co-mod as a Jedi master, and a slew of other players had roles. Now belgerod)wanted to know who nashmaveric should be cast as. My brilliant idea was... a gay C3PO type (snippet from Mod Wars: “When Jess entered the craft behind them he noted the looks and shrugged before pointing at Nash, "The droid, can't do a damn thing with repairs but is a whiz with interior design.")
