If youremember the Spander vid I rec'd a while back, "Where is My Boy," the creator of that vid, Morgan, has made another fantastic vid. This one is a Spangel titled "Confessions." It's hot and touches very taboo subjects. Her description is: "Angel is a priest tormented by his desire for an alter boy, Spike."

WARNING: There are lots of church scenes/religious type scenes and the lyrics are graphic about a priests desire for and what he would do to/with an alter boy, so approach with caution if this type of thing would offend you. Everyone else.... Check out video 6 in Morgan's collection.

Oh my, it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. Lookie the incredible icon I got from truly_tazi. She's made a matching banner that is absolutely fantabulous. Changing things (settings) around on lj is definitely not my forte' but those of you who are able to change banners like jackets, you should check her banner out for December usage - plus it will be eyecandy for the rest of us ::grins::

I have one thing to say about the fics at yuletide - WOW!

I really love the secret santa story I was gifted with ... http://www.yuletidetreasure.org/archive/5/dontmove.html ... and have already recommended it to several friends. Once we find out our authors, I'll definitely be looking for more stuff by my author!

I've poked around the other stories a bit, and cannot believe their quality. They are consistently above average and very entertaining. Plus, since they are from obscure fandoms, including literary fandoms, everyone can find something fresh and new and interesting, that they might not see elsewhere. Hopefully I'll get a chance to do a rec list once I get a chance to sit down and do some in depth reading. I'm not feeling too guilty though as many rec lists are flying around. I may instead do a lot of comments to the authors.

I have to say, if I'd read the archives before I wrote my fic... I might have been intimidated and picked another ficathon to wet my feet with Anyway, hopefully my recipient liked the fic, and I did get some really nice comments... always a good thing. We can't reveal the stories we wrote until after January 1 though, so I can't link it yet for my f-list.
